i got my first pair of ray-bans almost three years ago, the original wayfarers in black and since i got them i haven't been able to wear those big, bug eye sunglasses. i love classics and nothing can get more classic than ray-ban. BUT while i love my wayfarers, i was getting a little tired of them and wanted a change.
i had been searching for some new glasses that would be different, but not too different cause i really am a ray-ban girl. i almost settled on some chloe glasses, but i couldn't get my self to shell out the cash and good thing i didn't because i would be suffering from severe buyer's remorse right now.
and then i found them! the perfect pair of sunglasses, which just happen to also be by ray-ban. they are the new rounded wayfarer, or the high street wayfarer (according to shopbop). i ordered them in the dark havana/brown frame and lense combo and i totally love them. they definately look different from the orignial wayfarers with out being drastically different. check them out:
