early mornin'

this outfit is a few weeks old, i wasn't totally happy with the images so i figured i'd save them for a lazy day...  maybe i'm still recovering from my 51 hours without power, maybe i'm getting stressed out by the holidays.  either way all i feel like wearing this week is pajamas!  at least i have these photos saved for my lovely readers!

i've still got to do quite a bit of christmas shopping as well as get my tree and finish decorating my house!  feels like there is so much to do, and not enough time!

if you saw my fall wish list, i'm sure you noticed that a polka dot blouse was on there. and now i got one! okay, so its not the exact one i wanted cause that one sold out (wahhhhh), but its good enough... i mean the price was right. only thing that i don't like is that its polyester, not my fave fabric. it looks pretty cute though!

sooo one item crossed of my fall list! btw - has any one noticed all the "treat yourself" stuff going on? yesterday i opened my email and the subject line of gilt's email "treat yourself". obviously this popped into my head:

can we all just take a moment and appreciate how utterly amazing tom haverford's jacket is?? and please tell me i am not the only one who has noticed the leopard loafers he has been wearing this season!  

then today i see this article.  obviously i HAD to treat myself!  and so i'm crossing another item off my wishlist!

its raining!

got brave and went to dinner at larchmont bungalow (quickly becoming my fav. food spot) on saturday night despite the rainy weather.  it's less the rain that makes me wanna stay home and more the drivers on the LA streets.  what is it with people forgetting how to drive when it rains?  or maybe everyone just drives the same when it rains - badly (except me of course! ha).  the only good thing about the rain is it give me an excuse to wear my rain boots!  seriously, one drop of rain before i leave the house and those boots are on my feet.  anyway, what i wore:
