working arm party

we were shooting video for the ella moss site today (new thing we are doing - pretty fantastic), which is a slooooooow process. while our model was getting a hair & make-up touch up the photographer, alex snapped some quick shots of my bracelets (or "arm party" as the man repeller would say).

lifestyle revamp

in an effort to get more lifestyle work at work, last week we scheduled a lifestyle shoot to be used on the company website.  currently the photograpy page is pretty boring - and we are NOT a boring department!  we have plenty of people with great ideas just waiting to be put into action, but as of now no one is using these great ideas.  soooo we had to take matters into our own hands.  we did a lifestyle shoot focusing on nicole miller, 7 for all mankind and rag & bone.  first some behind the scenes shots...

everything turned out really great, and i think the 7 for all mankind ended up being my favorite which is weird cause i started out not really feeling the concept or looks.  it was so nice to 1. keep a model's face in the shots and 2. do something other than jeans.  i am getting so bored of jeans!  hopefully our clients will take the bait and we can do more lifestyle shoots in the future!  finalized shots coming shortly!

shooting summer already...

things are getting back to normal at work, meaning we actually have some work now! its been waaaaaay too slow, i was gonna go crazy. i was shooting some ag jeans, there was a ella moss kids girls shoot, plus the never ending hobo flat shoot. i'm a little tired...

plaid oversized shirt (mine used to belong to my gpa, its vintage pendleton!), white tank, black legs, grey socks, brown lace up boots! perfect for a casual friday.

taco tuesday

not a lot of fashion stuff going on with me right now, other than i'm currently obsessing over decorating my house. going out with some of my co-workers (co-stylists???) for taco tuesday tonight and of course had to have an outfit (actually i need to do laundry and dresses are all that i have clean):

okay, so i don't actually own the faux fur vest and i didn't actually wear it to taco tuesday, but i do think it looks really cute with my outfit! also i'm a little disappointed with how it was styled for the site so i wanted to do my own little style out (ha!). i totes think its going on my list!
