we've been having yet another heat wave in LA this past week, but not a bad one. a good heat wave. the kind where you are already sick of the winter cold and need a break from it. the kind where you can eat lunch outside in the middle of january. also the kind where the trees in your garden, which seem to have just lost all their leaves from the cold, starts showing little buds of life.

baby sunflowers and california poppiesall the green is making me happy and excited because soon i will have lots of sunflowers and california poppies blooming in my yard! even more excited cause i can start buying spring 11 and actually wear it!!
