whatever you do take care of your shoes

yesterday's opening day of outside lands festival 2011 was pretty amazing!  phish was playing two sets and the band was our main attraction for day 1.  i decided on basic outfit of jeans and a tank to be really comfortable during the sets.  it is pretty cool up here in SF (62 is the high in august!) so i did some layering to keep warm.  i just wish i had worn socks!

rag & bone button down, madewell tank, zara scarf (similar), ray-ban glasses

vintage belt, paige jeans

bed:stu loafers
we decided to head over to the festival around noon-ish, it was nice and sunny in the city but when we got to golden gate park it was overcast, cold and windy!  once i started dancing i warmed up pretty quick, its really the only way to keep warm!

pendleton bag
the food at this festival is probably the best you could ask for, there are soo many choices and everything smells delicious!

brisket sandwich from memphis minnie's.  boyfriend said it was "like butter"

fried plantain and black bean burrito from the little chihuahua

i hope day 2 is as much fun as day 1.  i wish phish was playing again, i guess i kinda like them more than "i enjoy the music".  i just didn't wanna admit it.  whatevs.  super excited for more yummy food today!
