sorta.  i didn't do much of anything this week.  i did a juice cleanse for 3 days.  boring.  but i do have some pictures to share.

this is why i needed to do a juice cleanse... the tailgate dog - bbq sauce, baked beans, cheese, potato salad.  soo bad, but soooo good.
